We want your treats to arrive fresh, fast, and in the best condition possible.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent with NZ Post Express Overnight. Once your parcel is collected, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Courier Delays

While NZ Post aims for overnight delivery, delays can occasionally happen. These are outside our control, so we are unable to take responsibility for any extended delivery times.

For accurate updates, please contact NZ Post directly using your tracking number.

Condition of Items

Every order leaves our facility in perfect condition, carefully packed to keep your treats safe.

Some products include delicate toppings that may shift or be affected during transit — this is normal and something to keep in mind when ordering.

Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete details.

If your parcel is returned to us, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact NZ Post first to open an investigation.
