How do I store my baked goods?

If you can resist eating them all at once, we commend your willpower! Store your baked goods in an airtight container at room temperature, and enjoy them within 5 days for the best freshness. If you won’t be eating them within this time, we suggest freezing them until you're ready. All our baked goods freeze well; just double wrap them in clingfilm, tinfoil, or similar for added protection.

Can I heat my cookies up?

Absolutely, we highly recommend it! You'll find heating instructions included with your order, but here they are again just in case...

For best results: Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the top feels slightly squishy to the touch. Alternatively, gently heat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

For cookies from frozen: Place them in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 10 minutes. They should be slightly soft to the touch, and the chocolate will be deliciously melty.

To defrost slices and brownies: Simply unwrap them and leave them at room temperature for roughly 60 minutes.

For warming slices and brownies: You can give them a quick 10-15 second blast in the microwave but watch them closely! They’re very gooey, so too long in the microwave can turn them into a tasty puddle. If you prefer a fudgier texture, chill them in the fridge for 15 minutes before eating.

How are our cookies packaged?

All our sugar cookies and loaded cookies leave the factory heat-sealed for freshness and to maintain quality.

Do your cookies have traces of nuts and gluten?

All our Cookies and slices are made in the same kitchen so we cannot guarantee that any of our sweet treats won't come in contact with nuts or gluten. If you are highly allergic, we would recommend not purchasing.

What days do you dispatch your online orders?

We dispatch orders every Tuesday to guarantee your cookie and slices arrive within the same week, maintaining their quality.

 

What day do I need to order by to have it delivered the same week?

• Orders placed by Sunday will be dispatched on the next Tuesday.
• Orders placed after Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

We bake fresh & send your order on overnight courier. As we use a third-party delivery service, delivery is not 100% guaranteed on your selected date and may take an extra one to two working days. Please select an earlier date if you are worried about this.
