Refunds & Returns
At Secret Bakers, every treat is handmade with love and baked fresh just for you. Because our goodies are perishable, we cannot accept returns — once your order leaves our kitchen, it’s all yours!
Damaged or Faulty Items
We check every order carefully before it goes out, but if something arrives damaged or not quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you!
Please contact us within 24 hours at info@secretbakers.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We’ll review your case and, if needed, offer a replacement or store credit so you still get to enjoy your treats.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are sent via NZ Post Express Overnight to reach you fresh and fast. While we package items with care, some delicate toppings may shift during transit — think of it as a little adventure your treats go on!
We are not responsible for courier delays, but if your parcel is lost or late, please contact NZ Post first. Once you have a case number, send it to us and we’ll help however we can.
Your Part
Make sure your shipping address is correct and someone is available to receive your parcel — we can’t fix things if it’s delivered to the wrong place or left unattended.
