• We dispatch orders every Tuesday to guarantee your cookie and slices arrive within the same week, maintaining their quality.

Order Placement and Shipping Times:

• Orders placed by 6pm Sunday will be dispatched on the coming Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 6pm Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Efforts for Faster Delivery:

• We are continually improving our shipping process and aim to introduce additional dispatch days soon, offering more flexibility and faster delivery options.

Delivery Address:

• Given the perishable nature of our product, please ensure the delivery address is a physical location, not a P.O. box. We recommend tracking your order to ensure someone is available to receive it, preserving the cookie and slices' freshness.
